Cagiva GranCanyon  Installation Guide

• Remove Seat, side panels and passenger foot pegs.
• Remove muffler attachment bolts and outside spacer** of rear bolt (pic), replace spacer with thick washer.
• Install bolts through two upper bracket “legs” into muffler mounting holes – hand tighten. (fig A)
• Install right side passenger foot peg with upper bolt going through bracket and lower bolt with thick washer between foot peg bracket and bike frame.
• Modify Left side passenger peg bracket as shown in fig. B & C to allow forward leg to clear.
• Install left Passenger peg as right side.
• Remove license plate bracket bolt, slide Center brace under bracket and re-install bolt (fig D)
• Install braces between bracket frame and center brace. (fig E)
• Tighten all bolts and nuts.
• ** - with carbon fiber muffler only.
